Q. What is Alloc Classics Woodstrip?

A. Alloc WoodStrip is a line of mechanical locking laminate flooring that authentically replicates the popular extra long, lean planks often found in real wood floors.

Q. Where can I find Alloc?

A. Alloc flooring is available at independent floor covering retailers across the United States and Canada. To find the nearest dealer, use our dealer locator on our web site or call 1-877-DO-ALLOC (1-877-362-5562).

Q. Is it difficult to install?

A. No, Alloc’s mechanical locking system features built-in alignment accuracy, making it nearly impossible to install incorrectly. Plus, no glue or special tools are required for installation. Most do-it-yourselfers find Alloc very easy to install, but your dealer is the best source of specific information.

Q. How long do I have to wait to walk on Alloc after installation?

 A. Alloc is the perfect durable surface for kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, family rooms and bathrooms. Alloc is not recommended for rooms with floor drains or similar wet areas.

Q. Is it durable?

A. Yes, tests have proven its durability. Alloc WoodStrip is backed by our Four Star Plus Limited Warranty that covers joint integrity, fading, staining, and wear for thirty years.

Q. Will a dog scratch the floor?

A. A dog should not scratch the floor, but make sure the dog has his nails clipped regularly.

Q. Is it easy to care for?

A. Alloc flooring is stain- and dent-resistant, and easy to maintain. For regular cleaning, use a vacuum to remove loose dust and debris from bevel edge, mist Free & CleanTM, Alloc’s ready-to-use laminate cleaner on a dry mop or cloth and wipe. Free & Clean is anti-static and contains anti-microbial properties that help kill E-coli, Staph and Strep germs.

Q. What should I do if I spill water or liquids on my flooring?

A. Dry the affected area as soon as possible, using a clean, dry mop or rags. Place a fan over this area to help in the drying process.
