Q. Where can I install Alloc Stone?

A. Alloc Stone is suitable for use in light, medium and heavy commercial interior applications that are relatively dry and free from floor drains.

Q. Is it difficult to install?

A.
No, Alloc’s mechanical locking system features built-in alignment accuracy, making it nearly impossible to install incorrectly. Plus, no glue or special tools are required for installation. Alloc’s quick installation cuts labor time in half, while strong joints and wear resistant surface ensure long-term durability.

Q. How long do I have to wait to walk on Alloc after installation?

A.
There is no wait. Because there’s no glue to dry, consumers can walk on Alloc, or move furniture back on the floor, immediately after installation.

Q. How does Alloc Stone compare to other flooring materials such as wood and vinyl?

A. Alloc Stone is more durable than wood and vinyl products in terms of wear and impact resistance. In addition, Alloc Commercial never requires buffing, waxing or refinishing. Therefore, the lower maintenance costs result in lower life-cycle for the end user.

Q. Is it easy to care for?

A. Alloc flooring is stain- and dent-resistant, and easy to maintain. For regular cleaning, mist Free & CleanTM, Alloc’s ready-to-use laminate cleaner on a dry mop or cloth and wipe. Free & Clean is anti-static and contains anti-microbial properties that help kill E-coli, Staph and Strep germs.

Q. What should I do if I spill water or liquids on my flooring?

A. Dry the affected area as soon as possible, using a clean, dry mop or rags. Place a fan over this area to help in the drying process.
